From humble beginnings in 1998, as a student in culinary arts at Vincennes University. I, Chefski have carefully crafted the style and flair of cuisine. From line cook to executive sous chef, I’ve combined education, experience and passion for the art of cooking to provide in-home private dining, event catering, and personal chef services.

A culinary innovator known for producing top quality, creative meals. The Chefski team sources ingredients from local famers whenever possible, from fresh meats & cheeses, to fresh produce, grains, and breads. Indiana has some of the best produce and meats in the country. My team and I are proud to showcase locally sourced in our culinary creations, and maintain the availability of fresh goods by buying from our farmer friends and family here in Hoosier Country and enjoy sustainable living.

I offer gourmet meals for any occasion – from an anniversary dinner for two, a traveling chef to accompany you on your vacation, a priceless addition to an office party, large scale events, cooking classes, weekly meal services, and more!

Shelby is obsessed with the customer experience and food, which makes her a perfect companion for Chefski! As the service manager and other half os this small local business, the lifelong Hoosier specializes in crating moments, serving others and providing great customer service.
At her core, nearly two decades of customer service, a knack for interior design, setting the mood and a need to see the customers satisfied.

Previously an interior designer and retail owner, Shelby offers a ‘final touch’ service which can include event planning, tables capes, floral arrangements and service ware rentals.

Although service is her forte, Shelby is not afraid to roll up her sleeves, put on an apron or chef’s coat and get her hands dirty in the kitchen!
